Indoor Environments journal
Following the Indoor Air 2024 conference, where L’hypercube participated in three contributions (as part of a CIFRE Ph.D. thesis supervision), a more detailed article on establishing typical profiles of fine particle concentrations was published in the journal Indoor Environments .
An original method to obtain reference air quality profiles
The article focuses on the implementation of an innovative statistical method that allows the establishment of typical profiles of fine particle concentrations (PM10 and PM2.5) for underground stations.
The main innovation is to consider a single statistical indicator (the DAC: Daily Amplitude Coefficient) to characterize each full day of measurements (24 hours), and then to use the days with good DACs to create reference profiles.
The two main applications of this method were presented at a conference and will be the subject of upcoming articles.
